There is no museum building in the town, but the HHA is committed to providing information on the many artefacts and records of Hungerford's fascinating history by means of a virtual museum.

The Hungerford Virtual Museum aims to provide all of Hungerford's history in one website. There are already over 750 pages, covering over 900 individual topics, with over a thousand photographs, documents and maps available.

The Virtual Museum has a simple layout, enabling users to read the stories behind the People, Places and Events in and around Hungerford. There are many Artefacts, Themed exhibitions, and an expanding Archive section drawn from the Hungerford Historical Association's extensive store. There is a powerful Search facility, enabling visitors to look for people or places across the entire Virtual Museum.
